Five Things Most People Don't Know About Me

Thanks a bunch, Greg!  I got tagged and I know better than to ignore the blogger's version of a chain letter.  Here goes:

1. My nickname is Karl...OK, most people who know me are aware of that fact.  But, most have no idea why.  The story is profoundly boring.  Back in the early 90's, my husband Bob and I bowled on a league with our best friends.  This was a very serious league and the only thing we were serious about was how many shots we could do in the first game.  We always changed our names on the monitors.  We would choose cartoon names or TV character names or whatever suited our fancy.  We always got yelled at.  One night, we changed the guys' names to girls' names and vice versa.  My selection was Karl.  It stuck.

2. I started my education in pre-Med.  All I ever wanted to be was a physician.  I'm finally over it.

3. I'm stealing this one from Greg.  I love top 40 pop music.  My MP3 player regularly includes songs from Fergie, PCD (guess), Justin TimberLake, Kanye West, WIll Smith and Britney Spears.

4. Speaking of the above, the only man for whom I would leave my husband is Will Smith.  Maybe he will read this post...

5. I was heavy into performing arts in high school and college...singing, dancing and acting.  I was a fine arts minor in college and still think I might go to New York some day.  No, I'm over that too.

We're having, a horrific snow storm in Denver, so Greg doesn't get to see my reaction when I post it.  HAHA!  Now I have to tag 5 other people...sorry folks, but Greg started it.  Tag to: Jonathan McDougall, Dan Larson, Brian Kellner, Ashley Roach and Jack Brewster.
