Biography
My name is Karyn German and I'm actually a very un-enlightened gal who is trying to live an authentic and decent life. I've been married for almost 22 years to the same sweet guy and am fortunate to have many dear friends in Denver and throughout the country.
I've been working in the software industry for (gulp) 22 years. After getting my Master's degree in Computer Science, I spent about 8 years as a software engineer. Yes, I used to write code. Somehow, I got sucked into management and have been serving in an executive role for numerous start-ups and small companies on the Front Range for a long time now.
Lately, I find myself consulting with large corporations on deploying Enterprise 2.0 to help them through the trials and tribulations of user adoption and active participation.
In my spare time, I enjoy road cycling, hiking, golf, Iyengar yoga, poker and going to see flicks. And, playing with my two darling boys Irie and Bodhi - ragdoll cats.
